First Fridays Five Points Jazz Hop
The Five Points Jazz Fest is no longer, but you can still catch local acts at venues up and down Welton St. (First Fridays through December).
Summer Sessions @Riverfront Park
Summer Sessions returns June 7th, featuring French Cassettes, Crepe Girl, and Lady Denim. Parking is rough, ride your bike!
Bands on the Bricks (and Velvet Elk Vinyl After Parties)
Boulder’s 8-week series on the Pearl Street Mall is back, with local bands and a beer garden. Head to Velvet Elk Lounge after for their weekly vinyl night (Wednesdays, June through July).
Open Pick Nights @Bread Bar
A Bring-Your-Own-Strings kind of time at this historic Silver Plume establishment. It’s guaranteed good listening (First Fridays of the month).
Mountain Music Mondays @Dillon Amphitheater
Free music and views of Frisco Bay — is there a better way to start the week? Fair warning: shows are first-come-first-serve (Mondays, late June through September).
Coohills’ Beats on the Creek Series
*So this one’s not totally free: a $10 donation at the door benefits the Cottonwood Institute. Bands set up on the Wewatta Bridge over Cherry Creek (Tuesdays, late June through July).
Thursday Night Live @Old Town Square
Pack your lawn chair and head to Downtown Fort Collins for headliners like DOGTAGS, The Sweet Lillies, and Dustbowl Revival (Thursdays, June through September).

Catch Blankslate June 30th at Indie 102.3’s monthly meetup celebrating the LGBTQIA+ music community.
CROSSCURRENTS @Confluence Park
A festival fundraiser on July 12th benefitting The Greenway Foundation. Enjoy tunes playing from two stages all day long, with pop-up bars and food trucks.
Summer Series in Evergreen
This five-week free series kicks off June 11th at Evergreen Lake House, with select shows at Buchanan Park Field. Pack a picnic! (Every other Wednesday through August).
Volunteer @Underground Music Showcase
Want to support UMS, July 25-27th, operations and get in for free? Complete a (5-6 hour) shift to receive a weekend wristband for the festival. Volunteer applications are open now!
Merc in the Park @Jamestown Mercantile
Grab a wood-fired pizza from the Jamestown Merc and head across Main St. for music at Elysian Park. Suggested cash donation for the band (Fridays through September).
Jazz @City Park
City Park Jazz is a Sunday night classic. Cap the night with a swan boat ride on the lake (Sundays through early August).
